Matt leads the team: his technical knowledge, creative skills and commercial experience have made him one of the UK’s top SEOs. Matt is focused on delivering commercially successful website solutions and digital marketing strategies which are designed to increase brand exposure, enquiries and revenue.

Lead Designer & Interactive Developer

Nick is our creative lead and interactive developer. Since leaving his previous London agency of 4 years he has been a major player in the team. Having won many awards for his work over the years he brings a wealth of industry knowledge and a top quality skill set. He leads the inhouse creative process and shares an interest with our team of developers who bring our projects to life. This encourages a tight eye on the quality of work produced on time and within budget. Prior to Creative SEO, he worked at many top London agencies on their freelance roster following 4 years on the team of a top London agency.

Head of Development

Roland is our Head of Development and one of Europe’s leading e-commerce and content management specialists, having worked on over 50 Magento e-commerce projects over the past 8 years. Roland has worked with international and high street brands, managing projects with millions of monthly visitors. Roland’s unique understanding of usability, visitor interaction and visitor conversion provides a key influence to the success of our work at Creative SEO. Roland specialises in emerging technologies and innovative content management systems.

Art Director, Branding Expert & Designer

Bradley is a multi-disciplinary designer and art director with over 7 years experience in website design, branding and identity development, print & packaging, video production and direction, interactive and digital design and illustration. Bradley has worked with award winning design agencies from all over the world.

Head of Mobile Development

Martin is our Head of Mobile Development, primarily focused on native iOS & Android application development. A seasoned developer whose skills span multiple platforms and front/backend technologies, Martin has 12+ years experience developing for web, desktop, TV and mobile devices for blue chip clients such as PlayStation Europe, Ford, Nokia, YouGov, MediaCom and The Telegraph.

Senior Project Manager

Alexandra is our senior project manager, controlling project development and delivery. Bringing a huge amount of experience to the team, having worked with some of London’s top design agencies. Before Creative SEO Alexandra worked on projects for leading fashion designers and high street retailers as well as managing a number of award winning Magento ecommerce projects.
